What is the Ironclad Guarantee?
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to our Halifax store or ship it back to us for a repair, replacement, or refund.
What are your local shipping options in Nova Scotia?
We offer standard ground shipping across Canada, with expedited options for the Halifax Regional Municipality. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping. Local customers can also select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout to collect their items at our Lower Water Street location.
How do I process a return or exchange?
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 90 days of purchase. Returns can be processed in-person at our Halifax storefront or via mail. Please note that items purchased on sale are eligible for store credit only.
Are your clothes sustainably made?
Yes. Sustainability is at our core. A significant percentage of our collection is Fair Trade Certified™ sewn and made from recycled materials, including organic cotton, recycled polyester, and traceable down.
Do you offer repair services for damaged gear?
We do. As part of our commitment to reducing waste, we offer repair services for Patagonia clothing. Small repairs can often be handled through our Worn Wear program to help keep your gear in action for years to come.
